INGREDIENTS
Mascarpone Cream:
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese
- Pinch of lemon rind
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
Strawberry Topping:
- 300g fresh/frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 200g fresh strawberries, sliced
Waffles:
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 3/4 cup Koita Milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
