MANGO DATES WITH KOITA CREAM
This recipe uses a very clever combination of mango leather and dates which will delight all your senses! If that wasn’t enough you’ll have the visual delight of the exceptional mango cream under the dates and the beautiful flowers surrounding the adorable mini dishes. Recipe: @fussfree on Instagram
INGREDIENTS
- Koita Cooking Cream
- Dates
- Mango leather
- Fresh mango
- Cardamom powder
- Crushed pistachio
DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION
- Wash the dates with water
- Remove the dates’ seeds
- Slightly cut the dates in the middle (lengthwise) to create a slit
- Fill the dates with mango leather
- Set aside the stuffed dates
MIXTURE (CREAM)
- In a blender: mix fresh mango, cardamom powder and Koita Cooking Cream and blend
- Chill the mixture for 30 mins
PLATING
- Put the chilled mixture (cream) on the serving ramekin/saucer as a bed
- Put the stuffed dates on the cream bed
- Add mixture (cream) on the stuffed dates
- Add crushed pistachio to garnish
- Put mango leather as toppings
- Serve immediately
