This September, we’re turning our attention to a cause that exemplifies this principle: Childhood Cancer Awareness. As we stand in admiration of these brave super kids, we’re joining forces with Abtaluna and their #heretomatter campaign. Their unwavering dedication in the UAE resonates deeply with our ethos. Abtaluna (which means 'Our Superheroes' in Arabic) is a social enterprise which connects families of children fighting/fought cancer. They organize events in Dubai and offer unique services to our true superheroes and their families because they deserve it! We are also here to raise awareness about childhood cancer.
Sharing Fridges Koita Milk donated 3,000 liters of organic milk, joining other individuals, families, and companies helping to keep over 100 fridges always stocked throughout the UAE. We were so proud to have Kris Fade of Virgin Radio (Voted Dubai’s #1 Personality & Radio Show in the UAE) join Koita in personally delivering the milk to Sharing Fridges locations.
Adopt a Camp Koita Milk contributions help the organization provide over 53 camps to over 57,000 workers, making a difference for thousands of laborers, their families, and their communities.
Al-Ihsan Charity for UAE Orphans This organization has been providing financial aid and health assistance to families since 1990, successfully giving free healthcare to over 12,000 people. Thousands of liters of Koita Organic Milk have been enjoyed by Al-Ihsan children and the donations will continue.
Disabled Children’s Association (DCA) DCA’s mission is to facilitate the rehabilitation of special needs children to enable them to be self independent and contribute to the establishment of public awareness on issues of disability.
Harmony House We have transformed two villas into full-time community centres for women and children, where they are offered offer education, food, medication, hygiene facilities, and social services to women and children living in the nearby slums.
